    The history of SMT was developed less than 30 years, it’s a quite new technology. The SMD (Surface-Mount Devices) has been evaluated from DIP (Dual-Inline Package), QFP (Quad Flat Package) towards TAB, FCB, DCA (Direct Chip Attach) and the devices nowadays have become more and more functional, light and handy.

    An integrated assembly line of SMT placement machines requires chip shooter, printer, reflow soldering oven, inspection machine and supported equipments. Achievement of an optimum output is depending on the capability of machines, in view of its mechanical or software.

    This sophisticated technology is growing actively and rapidly as its efficiency has drastically fully-contributed to electronic industry which has almost drawn a miracle in the history of SMT industry.

    The growth and development of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry and sub-contractors are depending to (1) customer-based (sales), (2) management planning and control and (3) monetary control.

    Although the economic now is globally facing recession, some of our customers are still gaining great profits in their business activities. We discover that this is attributed to their strong and powerful sales team as well as integrated managerial system (eg. capable factory managers) in order to strictly perform well in “QCDS” (Quality, Cost, Delivery & Services).
